During half term, 15th – 19th February 2021, children in receipt of free school dinners can register to receive a packed lunch from Marsh Farm Futures as part of the Better Futures Programme, an MFF project which encompasses food and care packages, a befriending service, activities for children and an Employability programme. The free lunches were very well received in the October half term and we hope to reach as many children as possible from Marsh Farm and the surrounding areas.
Better Futures Programme was made possible by a grant awarded through the Covid-19 Community-Led Organisations Recovery Scheme (CCLORS) and led by independent trust. Power to Change, in partnership with Locality, The Ubele Initiative and Social Investment Business, and is part of The National Lottery Community Fund’s Coronavirus Community Support Fund.
